Join exciting ISF-funded research on the roles of emotion regulation and metacognition in conflict resolution at Bar Ilan University, led by Dr. Maayan Katzir and Dr. Anna Dorfman.

Start Date: Flexible, October 1, 2024 (fall semester) to March 1, 2025 (spring semester).
Duration: One year, with potential extension to a second year.

As a team member, you will:
• Design and conduct experiments.
• Analyze data, including preparation for open access.
• Visualize and interpret research findings.
• Prepare presentations and present at conferences.
• Write articles based on project findings.

We are looking for candidates with:
• Ph.D. in Psychology (completed or submitted).
• Experience in correlational and experimental research in social psychology.
• Proficiency in R for data analysis.
• Strong publication record in high quality peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent oral and visual presentation skills.
• Experience in computational/text analyses and big data is an advantage.
