To effectively introduce new members to our association and highlight the uniqueness of EASP, the Executive Committee is initiating a call for a short video that captures our identity.

Postgraduate members interested in participating are invited to submit a proposal, including a complete storyboard detailing the video's production, by June 30, 2024 to office@easp.eu. A proposal may be produced by teams. Please also send any questions to office@easp.eu.

The Executive Committee will select the best proposal, and the association will support the video's creation with a contribution of €1,000. After production the video will be made accessible on our website.

Storyboard Rules:

• Videos should be 3-6 minutes in length.
• All storyboards must incorporate the following elements:
       o A brief historical background of the association.
       o Explanation of the voluntary nature of our activities.
       o Expression of the core values outlined in our statutes.
       o Brief description of our core activities.
• All videos must be original works, avoiding the use of previously copyrighted material.

Criteria for Evaluation:

Entries will be assessed based on creativity and how effectively they communicate the identity of EASP.
